RETURNS/ISSUES
Due to hygiene reasons, returns for change of mind will not be accepted. Please reach out via email if you have any questions or concerns.
Each ByMiz piece is handmade and packaged carefully. However, if you receive your piece and it is damaged or faulty due to manufacturing - please email a photo and description to info.bymiz@gmail.com, and we will rectify the issue. Manufacturing faults do not include broken chain, tarnished materials, general wear and tear (including items that have been bent out of shape).
